As Newton marks three years, the milestone reflects far more than longevity; it represents purposeful growth.
Being part of Newton since its inception has provided a front-row perspective on what it truly takes to build and scale a performance-driven platform from the ground up. What began as a focused vision to create a 360-degree iOS growth engine has evolved into a strong, structured, and globally relevant business.
From day one, our ambition was clear: to build a product-led, insight-driven growth platform for iOS apps. The opportunity was significant, but so were the complexities. Scaling in a dynamic ecosystem like iOS user acquisition required speed, disciplined execution, strategic partnerships, and continuous adaptation.
The early years were defined by intensity, experimentation, and clarity of purpose.
We sharpened our positioning, refined our narrative, strengthened key partnerships, and built deeper capabilities across account management, operations, and campaign strategy.
Not every decision delivered immediate results. There were moments when certain approaches required recalibration. What defined us, however, was our ability to assess objectively, learn quickly, and course-correct decisively. That discipline, of reviewing assumptions, refining frameworks, and evolving strategy, became embedded in our culture.
As part of Newton’s founding team, leading business growth, my focus has centered around three core priorities:
Over three years, Newton has grown from a small founding team into a multi-market organization operating across 10+ countries, with deeper expansion underway in developed markets such as Japan and the US.
Year three was also a personally transformative phase for me, reinforcing that leadership evolves, but commitment to building remains constant.
In the early days, hustle powered us.
Today, structure strengthens us.
We have transitioned from reactive growth to intentional scaling. Processes are sharper. Accountability is clearer. Regional focus is stronger. Our product has matured, supported by deeper data capabilities, automation, and strategic insight.
We’ve built a team of Newtonians who combine agility with strategic thinking, professionals who understand that performance marketing today demands incrementality, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
As we step into our fourth year, our direction is clear. Year four is about scaling with depth and discipline.
Our focus will center on three priorities:
Three years have reinforced a simple truth: growth requires clarity of strategy, speed of execution, and the willingness to evolve.
Newton at three is confident and energized for what lies ahead.
The foundation is strong.
The ambition is bigger.
And we step into year four ready to build faster, think bolder, and scale larger than ever before.
